Project Manager Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead subdivision projects in the Wollongong area. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing subdivision projects within the civil construction sector, a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines to guide project milestones.
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to keep all parties aligned and informed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, budget updates, and compliance records.

Requirements and Qualifications



  • Proven experience in managing subdivision projects within the civil construction sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with industry regulations.
