System Implementation Manager

This is a high-level, strategic position that oversees the implementation of new systems and processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical solution projects and excellent stakeholder management experience.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing critical information and data to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, managing 'as is' and 'to be' processes, identifying primary business objectives by analyzing processes, technologies, and systems, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, this role involves developing clear training/process documents, utilizing excellent communication skills to manage expectations and present critical information, identifying areas for improvement and reporting back to stakeholders, coordinating suppliers and resources on projects, and driving financial transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a systems-based role, with a proven track record of implementing technical solution projects, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to influence peers. A background in accounting or retail ERP implementation/Odoo is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a systems-based role.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence peers.
  • Achieve outstanding work ethic and commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
