Job Description:

As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing rehabilitation services and supporting client outcomes. This position involves conducting workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning to help clients suffering from workplace or motor vehicle injuries return to work and activities of daily living.

">Responsibilities
  • Supporting clients with workplace or motor vehicle injuries to achieve optimal recovery and reintegration into their work and daily lives.
  • Conducting thorough workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and developing tailored return-to-work plans to support client success.
  • Collaborating with employers, insurers, and medical professionals to build strong relationships and foster effective communication.
  • Contributing to the development of innovative service solutions and quality improvement initiatives.
">Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications as an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Osteopath, along with relevant professional accreditation (APHRA, ESSA).
  • Previous occupational rehabilitation experience is desirable but not essential; a strong academic background and willingness to learn are highly valued.
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel purposes.
