We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Regional Development team in Katherine as a Customer Service Officer.
As the first point of contact for visitors to our office, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the team, ensuring the effective and efficient service delivery to our constituents.
You will work in a highly supportive and collaborative team environment, advocating for our Traditional Owners, Council Members, and Constituents in the Katherine region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Manage tasks and engage with various stakeholders across the organisation
- Work with technology, including Microsoft 365 and Outlook
- Hold a C Class drivers' licence
- Tertiary qualifications or experience in an administration/business-related field
- Demonstrated excellent attendance, time management, and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- A base salary of $62,060 per annum plus 5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900
- Meal entertainment and holiday accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year
- Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement
