Job Title: Infrastructure Services Manager

Ventia is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Services Manager to play a critical role in coordinating inspection programs and managing the day-to-day delivery of reactive and planned maintenance. This role will ensure the continued delivery of services safely, on time, to budget, and meeting contract KPIs.

This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize work allocation to subcontractors and ensure smooth delivery of contract services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reports and other requested information to facilitate contract compliance and service delivery
  • Assess service performance of subcontractors and identify improvement initiatives
  • Oversee the maintenance plan to ensure it complements and does not restrict or hinder operational activities
  • Provide expert advice to Defence as required
  • Provide technical support and advice to Supervisors responsible for delivery areas
  • Ensure work planned and authorized by Defence is carried out efficiently and to a high standard
  • Assist SHEQ team in incident and non-conformance investigations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Facilities Management or Asset Management in large and complex organizations
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP ERP software
  • Operational experience in high-risk environments
  • Experience of KPI management and compliance techniques
  • Superior and proven verbal and written communication
  • High level customer focus, engagement skills, and responsiveness to customer requests
  • Experience in planning and organizing, people management, effective subcontractor management, negotiation, and influencing
  • Current NT Driver's License
  • Able to obtain Defence security clearance
