Early Intervention Specialist

As an Early Intervention Specialist at our multidisciplinary allied health organisation, you will play a pivotal role in providing early intervention and therapy services to support children and families. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering evidence-based services.

Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine goals and areas of need for our clients.
  • Develop and implement functional, routine-based goals with clients and their families.
  • Provide education, information, and support to clients and families to enhance their understanding of our services.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure ongoing communication and support.

Requirements:

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Psychology with current Provisional Psychologist registration with AHPRAC.
  • Have a passion for making therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful for families.
  • Possess counselling skills and knowledge of therapeutic interventions.
  • Experience in completing risk assessments and mental health assessments is desirable.
  • Ensure compliance with necessary checks and certifications.
