Job Title: Travel Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced travel consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for air and possess excellent knowledge of the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings
  • Manage customers' flight deviation requests
  • Upsell cabins where required to premium economy, Business, and First
  • Ensure frequent flyer details/baggage/meals and seating allocation requests are in place at the time of booking
  • Ability to search and book complex itineraries(stopovers/surface sectors etc )
  • Understanding clients' needs and requirements and offering the best itinerary within budget requirements
Requirements:
  • Time Management
  • An ability to use a GDS
  • Productivity targets within allocated time
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, organised
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Innate ability to interpret customer demands and service proactively
