Senior Estate Planning Professional

We are seeking a skilled Senior Estate Planning Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and executing estate planning documents, as well as strong collaboration skills and a problem-solving approach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality estate planning services, including drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents. They will also contribute to team performance and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve service outcomes.
About the Role- This is a mid-senior level position that requires tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience in a relevant discipline or industry.
- The role involves working with clients to understand their estate planning needs and developing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and executing estate planning documents, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents.
- Providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve service outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience in a relevant discipline or industry.
- Willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents.
- Strong collaboration skills and a problem-solving approach.
