As a Wills and Estate Planning Professional, you will independently handle complex client matters and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
This role is responsible for delivering professional, high-quality, and timely Wills and Estate Planning services, including drafting planning ahead documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship.
About You- You believe that supporting customers to document their last wishes is a privilege that needs to be carried out with warmth, understanding, and respect.
- You have experience in drafting and executing Wills and Estate Planning instruments that are legally compliant and to a high standard.
- You have strong collaboration skills and can build and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience in a relevant discipline or industry, such as legal, finance, professional services, and/or government.
- Ability to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents.
- Current driver's licence and ability to travel across NSW as required.
- Availability to work after hours and weekends as required.
