Job Description

The Software as a Service (SaaS) Solutions Manager is responsible for overseeing the onboarding and deployment of SaaS solutions, fostering customer adoption, providing training, and ensuring customer retention.

This role requires strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding and Deployment
    • Manage the onboarding and deployment of SaaS solutions for new customers by developing project plans, communicating expectations, and leading meetings with internal teams.
    • Provide guidance on configuration and prepare customers for deployment by understanding their specific needs and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Customer Success and Retention
    • Serve as the primary contact for SaaS customers by identifying their goals, developing relationships, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer success.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing services and processes by staying up-to-date on product releases and functionalities.
    • Assist in training as new products are introduced by leveraging expertise in SaaS solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Korean and English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
  • Experience working remotely preferred.
  • Strong self-management skills and willingness to work outside normal hours.
