Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Leasing and Acquisitions Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the annual leasing and acquisition programs in accordance with the approved capital plan.

You will identify and provision housing that meets the required standards for Defence members and their families and other Government agencies. Your expertise will be invaluable in monitoring performance, preparing regular reports, and providing expert advice on DHA Lease Agreements, acquisition contracts, and the real estate market.

As a self-motivated individual, you will work under limited direction and be responsible for ensuring the strategic plan for your region is delivered. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve high-quality customer service outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A background in property or a related field
  • Experience in leasing, sales, and/or business development
  • Proven track record of achievement in sales and/or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under limited direction
