**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Legal Assistant to join our National Work + Road team in Sunshine.

This is a full-time position to support a Lawyer with Workers Compensation matters. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating appointments, communicating with clients and insurers, and preparing legal correspondence.

  • About the Role:
  • You will work closely with Lawyers to provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations of the team.
  • You will build strong relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders, to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • You will coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • You will communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other professionals through written and verbal correspondence.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Assistant in a similar field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and drafting skills to prepare legal correspondence.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A natural passion for helping people and empathy to deliver exceptional client service.
