Opportunity for a Dedicated Legal Professional

We are seeking an exceptional lawyer to join our team, providing excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for client service and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously.

The role involves working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters across life insurance, developing skills in insurance law and litigation, having regular involvement and direct contact with clients, and appearing in various courts and tribunals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters across life insurance.
  • Developing skills in insurance law and litigation.
  • Having regular involvement and direct contact with clients.
  • Appearing in various courts and tribunals including Magistrates, County and Supreme courts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • An academic qualification in law, with a current VIC Practicing Certificate.
  • A minimum of 2 years' PQE for an Associate and 4 years' PQE for a Senior Associate, preferably with experience in litigation.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail.

Enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously. Desire for personal development.
