Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawyer to join our team in the Personal Injury Law department.

  • Provide professional legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases.
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documentation for court proceedings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as medical professionals and insurance companies, to build strong cases for clients.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences on behalf of clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law related to personal injury claims.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid practising certificate as a solicitor.
  • Demonstrable experience in personal injury law.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • The ability to manage a high caseload efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
