Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in delivering high-quality education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in early childhood education is required, demonstrating expertise in teaching methods and child development principles.
  • Collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to create a positive learning environment that promotes children's growth and well-being.
  • Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with families, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey is necessary for this role.
  • Experience documenting children's learning and progress is highly valued.
  • A current first aid certificate, asthma training, and child protection course completion are mandatory requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the overall operation of the centre, ensuring the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of all children are prioritized at all times.
