Early Childhood Education Director Role

This key leadership position involves overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs in an early childhood setting. If you have a passion for shaping young minds and creating engaging learning environments, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education professional to join our team as a Director. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of curriculum across various age groups. This includes collaborating with educators to maximize each child's potential and ensuring they participate fully in the educational program. You will also support educators in assessing children's learning and development, and establish clear goals and expectations for teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Collaborate with educators to ensure effective program delivery and assessment
- Establish clear policies and procedures for teaching practices and quality improvement
- Contribute to the development and ongoing review of the centre's Quality Improvement Plan

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications (University Degree or Diploma) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
- Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA)
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Previous experience working in the early years sector (desirable)
- Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent
