Lead Wholesale Credit Operations

Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, manage risk, and enhance operational efficiency in wholesale credit.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and grow the wholesale credit portfolio.
  • Manage a team of experienced professionals to ensure effective execution of credit policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and maintain market share.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in wholesale credit, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • A strong understanding of credit risk management, banking regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
