Job Title: Electrical Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager to lead our electrical infrastructure projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead projects throughout their entire life cycle, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Direct, mentor, train, and supervise project engineers, coordinators, designers, and administrative staff.
  • Provide team member oversight over workload, schedule, quality, utilization, morale, and performance.
  • Oversee non-engineering components of projects, including public engagement, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, and construction management.
  • Lead the QA/QC process, delivering services and work products that exceed client quality expectations.
  • Support client management and engage in business development activities with existing and target clients.
  • Coordinate with leadership and HDR's Talent Acquisition team to develop a hiring plan for the electrical infrastructure group.
  • Represent HDR in marketing and proposal development for new opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years project management experience.
  • Ability to interact with various design teams and excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of HDR's employee-owned culture.
