Project Manager Electrical Infrastructure

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex electrical infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects from inception to completion.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders to achieve project objectives;
  • Manage project budgets, resources and risk exposure;
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors and stakeholders;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Liaise with engineers, architects and other technical experts to resolve design and construction issues;
  • Analyze and mitigate risks associated with projects;
  • Prepare and present project reports, dashboards and other business intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
  • A strong technical background in civil or commercial electrical installations and compliance;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager;
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead teams while maintaining safety standards;
  • Experience using safety systems such as Procore and Aconex;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities;
  • Success in leading high-value, strategic and complex projects working with senior management and external stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
