Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to lead our finance team and drive strategic financial management.

About the Role:

  • Lead a stable team of approximately 15 staff, providing strategic leadership and management of financial resources, systems, and services.
  • Oversight of long-term financial planning, annual budgeting, rates management, financial reporting, and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Embedding organisational values and culture while delivering high-quality financial services.

About You:

  • A qualified Accountant with extensive experience in senior financial management roles, ideally in Local Government contexts.
  • Technical competency combined with leadership capability and high emotional intelligence.
  • Proven experience in developing Long-Term Financial Plans, complex annual budgets, and comprehensive financial reports.
