Job Opportunity

Eastern Goldfields College is seeking a highly motivated and effective leader to join the college's Leadership Team.

The successful applicant will play an important part in providing strategic leadership and fostering a positive school culture. The position involves coordinating all aspects of a program and supporting its integration into the daily operations of the college.

Collaboration with school leaders and teaching staff will be important in developing and implementing targeted programs, plans, and whole-school approaches aimed at improving student achievement.

The role involves using effective change strategies to help facilitate acceptance and development of opportunities that enhance student educational outcomes.

Managing the operation of the program includes overseeing financial resources, monitoring implementation, and developing improvement strategies based on quality data and contextual information.

The successful applicant will foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially families and communities, to ensure effective program delivery and support for students' academic and career pathways.
