About the Role

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Maintain compliance with liquor licensing and other regulations
  • Manage rosters, budgets, and operational targets
  • Oversight of VIP services, events, and promotional activities
  • Evaluate the venue's presentation and maintenance
  • Foster strong relationships with promoters, suppliers, and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in hospitality management (nightlife preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in budget management and operational success
  • Experience with POS, booking, and inventory systems
  • Victorian RSA and relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, Food Safety)
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
