Key Responsibilities

This role requires an experienced individual with expertise in hospitality management, particularly in nightlife. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills as well as a proven track record in budget management and operational success.

  • Manage daily activities to maintain efficiency and quality of service
  • Lead, train and develop a high-performing team
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations
  • Oversee staffing, budgets and operational targets
  • Coordinate VIP services, events and promotional activities
  • Ensure the venue is well-maintained at all times
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in hospitality management (nightlife preferred)
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in budget management and operational success
  • Experience with POS, booking and inventory systems
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, Food Safety)
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
