We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room staff member to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience
  • To work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • To maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • To be proactive in resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
