Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to and support our talent acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects. This role will drive a best-in-class approach to hiring, focusing on recruitment, university partnerships, and administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop interview guides and assessment centre activities to ensure effective candidate evaluation.
  2. Partner with universities to enhance employer branding and provide end-to-end support for internship and graduate recruiting activities.
  3. Liaise with the HR Operations team on recruitment-related invoices and support the onboarding of employees.

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years of recruitment/sourcing experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter, able to multi-task and have a strong passion for bringing in great talents.
  • Naturally curious and enjoy being hands-on.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn.
