Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience, preferably in food production or manufacturing. Leadership skills are paramount, and training is provided for the right person to succeed.

We're seeking a supervisor who knows how to motivate, support, and drive results through effective team leadership. You will lead and manage production team members across shifts, achieve quality, efficiency, and yield targets, ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and hygiene standards, monitor workflows, and build a positive team culture.
