Job Description

Are you a natural leader with a positive attitude, ready to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? We are on the lookout for an experienced **Production Supervisor** with a knack for leadership and a passion for excellence to join our team at our Burleigh Heads retail-ready facility. This role will be based across the second production shift, with the hours for the position from around 8:30am each day for a standard 38 hour week with overtime required where necessary.

Desired Skills and Experience

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience in Production**: Previous experience in fast-paced environments is essential, ideally within food or meat processing.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to build and inspire strong teams.
- **Red Meat Knowledge**: Experience in red meat production is a plus
- **Standards & Compliance Knowledge**: Familiarity with BRC and Export regulations is highly valued.
- **Positive Problem-Solver**: A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
