Production Line Supervisor Opportunity

Job Summary:

The Production Line Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of production quality assurance processes, maintaining compliance, and recording pertinent information.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assign production staff to optimal locations for efficient workflow
  • Maintain strict adherence to company dress code among all production personnel
  • Ensure meticulous compliance with FTG procedures, specifications, and policies at all times
  • Foster effective communication and consistency with production staff
  • Meet customer deadlines and specifications; notify of any exceptions or deviations
  • Verify that products are manufactured according to established recipes and specifications
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure GMP quality standards are met
  • Establish and sanitize production lines to prevent contamination
  • Maintain a clean factory and office environment at day's end
  • Perform regular cleaning of belts and floors, store ingredients and packaging correctly, and remove rubbish before breaks
Essential Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities to motivate team members
  • Able to provide clear instructions and guidance
  • Food processing experience, machine operation, and knife skills
  • Comfortable working in cold environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, HACCP principles, and procedures
  • Understanding of quality assurance systems and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Able to develop and implement improvement projects
  • Reliable and possessing a strong work ethic
