About the Role
The Security Concierge will provide customer service to employees and visitors while maintaining a security presence. As the face of the company, you will ensure that MSS Security and our clients are represented professionally at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a security presence while remaining alert and focused;
- Participate in an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team;
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers;
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders;
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols;
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems;
- Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to customer enquiries;
- Direct and escort visitors to site;
- Conduct visitor sign-in and induction procedures.
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate;
- Current NSW Security licence;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment;
- Integrity and sound judgment.
