About the Role
This Security Officer role is primarily responsible for providing a security presence while remaining alert and focused. As part of our enthusiastic and committed team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
The duties of this role include but are not limited to:
- Concierge services and commercial building security
- Access control, monitoring CCTV, and responding to customer enquiries
- Directing and escorting visitors to site, visitor sign in/induction, and key registration
- Identifying and reporting building maintenance issues, and conducting foot patrols internal and external
Skills and Qualifications
- Australian citizenship
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- Current NSW Security licence
- Hold a baseline AGSVA clearance and willing to undergo a NV1 AGSVA clearance or hold an NV1 AGSVA clearance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Integrity and sound judgment
Salary and Benefits
