Your Role

A successful candidate will be immersed in hands-on training and disciplined-specific instruction within the Food & Beverage Operations department of a leading hospitality organization.

  • Participate in extensive, project-based learning experiences to develop critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Engage in rotational assignments across hotel disciplines to understand various operational functions.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with customers and champion innovation through collaborative efforts.
  • Manage projects, lead teams, improve processes, and drive new initiatives through strategic implementation.
  • Take on special projects that leverage comprehensive training received.
  • Attend management meetings and collaborate with global participants to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Contribute innovative solutions to address complex challenges.
About You

We seek candidates who possess:

  • A university degree or equivalent higher education.
  • Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.

  • Work authorization in the country of application.
