Care Assistant Position

We redefining health and wellbeing by offering specialist rehabilitation services for public and private patients.

Our multidisciplinary team provides expert care for individuals with neurological conditions, orthopaedic rehabilitation, post-operative care, and general reconditioning.

About the Role

Our Private Inpatient Unit seeks a compassionate Care Assistant to join their team.

You will provide holistic patient care on an individualised basis in accordance with client goals and needs.

  • Delivering patient care within the inpatient rehabilitation setting
  • Promoting therapeutic relationships to facilitate patient rehabilitation goals
  • Supporting service objectives and philosophy
  • Contributing to person's rehabilitation goals in accordance with our Mission Statement
About You

We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with:

  • Suitable qualifications: Certificate III in Nursing or Registered Nurse undergraduate
  • Relevant knowledge & experience in rehabilitation
  • Demonstrated clinical communication skills with effective interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice
