Multidisciplinary Physiotherapy Professional

An exciting opportunity exists for a Physiotherapist to join the multidisciplinary team at our Chronic Disease Community Rehabilitation Service.
As a Physiotherapist, you will work alongside senior colleagues to assess, plan and implement evidence-based rehabilitation for patients living with chronic disease, in particular chronic lung disease and/or chronic heart failure.
About the RoleThis is a district-wide position based at North Ryde, providing pulmonary and heart failure rehabilitation to patients at various sites across our network.
Our ideal candidate will have qualifications recognised for registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia, as well as relevant postgraduate clinical experience and community health experience.

- Community health experience with a broad interest in all areas of physiotherapy practice including aged care and chronic disabilities
