Take ownership of contractor documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Support the development and implementation of project strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Experience in project management, preferably with a background in managing multiple competing priorities, is essential for this role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent software is required.

Project management qualifications are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring effective coordination of activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Act as site host during execution phases, coordinating contractor access and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Deliver timely and targeted communications to support project phases and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Assist with procurement processes, vendor coordination, and contract tracking.
  • Ensure contractor documentation complies with HSE standards and internal procedures.
  • Point of contact for project-related enquiries and updates.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a comparable role managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated capability using Microsoft Project or relevant Project software.
  • Project Management qualifications (desirable)
