Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our team in Perth, Australia. This role will involve project delivery from end to end, including scoping and budgeting, execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and be able to identify solutions in complex environments. They will be responsible for managing onsite operations, team coordination, recruitment, rostering, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:- Scope, budget, and deliver complex projects across multiple industrial and mining sites
- Manage onsite operations and team members to ensure safe and efficient delivery
- Oversee labour mobilisation, recruitment, rostering, and performance management
- Review engineering designs and provide feedback to ensure high-quality solutions
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams across all project stages
- Monitor and control project costs, variations, and invoicing
- Implement risk management systems and ensure legislative compliance
- Lead meetings, safety initiatives, and incident reporting
- Support the growth of our operations through strategic improvements
- Minimum 5 years' experience coordinating projects within remediation, industrial, or mining sectors
- Experience in coordinating rope access or scaffolding projects is advantageous
- Proven ability to scope and budget technical projects
- Strong knowledge of risk management and WHS legislation
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management
- Hands-on leadership style
- Confidence in managing multiple concurrent projects and teams
- Strong organisational, reporting, and problem-solving skills
