Legal Expertise Opportunity

This is a chance to secure a senior legal position with one of Australia's top real estate platforms. As a seasoned Legal Specialist, you will collaborate closely with internal teams across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and summarise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Draft and maintain standardised legal documentation and correspondence
  • Provide expert support on intellectual property protection, corporate governance, and compliance matters
  • Manage legal registers and assist with regulatory updates
  • Liaise with external counsel and support internal teams with day-to-day legal tasks

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years post-admission experience (in-house or private practice)
  • Relevant exposure to property, development, construction, or REIT law is highly valued
  • Admitted to practise law in NSW and eligible for a practising certificate
  • Strong contract review and plain-English drafting skills
  • Commercially astute, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
