You will be responsible for reviewing and creating practical tools and processes to support digital initiatives, providing oversight and review of digital initiatives, developing innovative assessment and reporting tools, collaborating with project leads and stakeholders, and partnering with change agents in the business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, and/or Project Management, with demonstrated experience in benefit identification, analysis, planning, and tracking
  • Demonstrated experience guiding and coaching sponsors and benefit owners through the benefit realisation lifecycle
  • Demonstrated experience providing executive-level reporting and insights on overall portfolios of benefits
  • Extensive knowledge of benefit realisation frameworks and their practical application
  • High proficiency in financial and non-financial benefit analysis and tracking tooling
