Senior Finance Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Finance Capability team as an Associate Director. This role will be instrumental in supporting Finance Transformation engagements across EPM solutions, covering planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting (MI and Financial), and planning and integration of AI in Finance.
The ideal candidate will have prior finance transformation experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic finance initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency. You will also be responsible for providing thought leadership on finance operating model design, process optimization, and technology implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Finance Transformation engagements across EPM solutions

- Manage cross-functional teams to achieve project timelines and objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of recent experience in financial accounting, finance operations, shared services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Core finance process and finance operating model knowledge and experience
- Working knowledge of ERP/EPM system concepts and general module functionality
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic planning
