Finance Transformation Expert

This is a highly sought-after role within our Finance Capability team, where you will work closely with CFOs and their Finance teams to drive efficiency, insight, and value to their businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance operating models, process dependencies, and ERP/EPM systems. They will also possess strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to lead day-to-day activities and manage large teams to meet program timelines.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Finance Transformation engagements across EPM solutions, covering planning, budgeting, and forecasting, reporting (MI and Financial), and integration of AI in Finance. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver end-to-end EPM engagements, including technical build and deployment.
Key requirements for this position include:
- A minimum of ten years of recent experience in financial accounting, finance operations, shared services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of finance process and finance operating model concepts.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic planning.
- Understanding of major phases of EPM implementation.
- Excellent verbal and analytical skills, with the ability to write at a client-ready quality level.
