Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Finance Transformation service offering. This role involves strategic restructuring of an organization's finance operating model, including systems, processes, and operations, to increase efficiency, enhance decision-making, and align financial functions with broader business objectives using digital technologies.

This individual will work with leading clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a positive, collaborative, and team-focused environment. They will have prior finance transformation experience and manage cross-functional teams ideally in a consulting environment or transformation capacity.

Key Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in financial accounting, finance operations, shared services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting, ideally in a consulting environment
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
  • Core finance process and finance operating model knowledge and experience
  • Working knowledge of ERP/EPM system concepts and general module functionality
  • Experience of budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic planning
  • Understanding of the major phases of EPM implementation
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a client-ready quality level
