Job Title:
Automation Finance Transformation Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Automation Finance Transformation Manager to lead the delivery of client-facing finance transformation programs powered by automation.
This role is diverse and strategic, spanning project delivery, business analysis, practice development, and managed services for finance automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of finance automation and transformation projects.
- Manage project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct business analysis and process improvement workshops with senior finance stakeholders.
- Oversee ongoing managed services for finance automation solutions.
- Contribute to practice development and internal capability uplift.
- Support solution design and client onboarding.
- 12+ years of industry experience in finance operations, automation, or ERP-related roles.
- 3+ years of consulting experience in transformation or delivery roles.
- Proven experience in business analysis, process reengineering, and requirements gathering.
- Strong background in Agile project management.
- Experience in automation of finance processes.
- Familiarity with RPA platforms and document processing tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead hybrid teams effectively.
- Knowledge of transactional finance processes.
Bonus Requirements:
- Familiarity with UiPath RPA platform and ABBYY document processing tool.
