About the Role

As a senior leader, you'll oversee and continuously improve our operational and servicing models to ensure outstanding outcomes for employers.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing innovative servicing and operational strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to implement best-in-class employer engagement and communication models.
  • Managing contractual arrangements and service standards for external providers to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Identifying and implementing business process improvements and technology changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintaining frameworks for employer relationships and operational service delivery.

About You

You're an experienced professional with a proven track record in operational and service excellence within corporate superannuation or a related field.

To Succeed In This Role, You'll Have:

  • 5+ years' experience in corporate superannuation or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in managing projects, training activities, budgets, and service frameworks.
  • A focus on continuous improvement, with a passion for identifying and implementing best practices.
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable).
