Solar Installation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for coordinating solar system installations, troubleshooting monitoring issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate installation logistics with customers, installers, and suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot solar system monitoring issues including inverter and battery faults.
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules using Google Sheets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of NSW solar and battery rebate programs (PRC and BSTC).
  • Familiarity with solar PV systems, inverters, and batteries.
  • Confident with Google Sheets and general data management.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service mindset.
