Your Responsibilities

You will provide personalized support to clients within their homes and communities, focusing on their unique requirements and goals. Your duties may include:

  • Providing personal care and domestic assistance
  • Accompanying clients on community outings and assisting with manual handling tasks
  • Documenting accurate shift reports, progress notes, and incident reports
  • Administering medication, managing diabetes, epilepsy, and bowel/bladder care
Requirements

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • At least 6 months of experience supporting individuals with disabilities
  • A qualification in disability support or mental health (preferable)
  • All 3 Covid-19 vaccination doses
  • A current first aid and CPR certificate
  • A valid working with children check and NDIS worker screening
  • A driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle (preferred)
