We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will see you working closely with the Construction Manager across a pipeline of projects, focusing on healthcare and laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Construction Manager in project coordination and delivery
  • Assisting with project planning, programming, and reporting requirements
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for clear communication
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance
  • Preparing contracts and associated project documentation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project coordination or assistant PM within construction industry
  • Exposure to health, hospital, or laboratory environments is highly regarded
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction, project management, or engineering are preferred
