About the Role A respected civil contractor is seeking an experienced and driven Project Engineer to join its project delivery team.
You'll manage the engineering and technical components of water, wastewater, and utilities infrastructure projects across metro, regional, and remote areas.
This is a full-time, long-term position offering stability and a strong balance between career and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily engineering deliverables for smooth project execution Review technical specifications, drawings, and construction reports Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site construction teams Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues as they arise Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, procurement, and budgets Support stakeholder communication and contract administration Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability growth What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 3 years' experience in civil construction, ideally water/utilities Strong understanding of infrastructure projects, particularly water sector Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site operations Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety-first culture and ongoing improvement Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management tools Why This Role?Full-time, long-term position with stability and growth potential Opportunity to work on technically diverse civil projects Supportive team environment with strong career development Competitive salary and site allowances Projects across metro, regional, and remote areas Interested?
