We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing various events and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and recommending event venues, caterers and other service providers;">
  • Coordinating logistics and arrangements for events, including venue setup, catering, audio visual equipment, etc.;">
  • Managing event budgets and ensuring that expenses are within approved limits;">
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance;">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of events;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning and coordination;">
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software;">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;">
