About the RoleOur Health Promotion team focuses on developing and implementing programs to reduce harm from chronic disease risks, obesity, blood-borne viruses, sexually transmitted infections, and injury risks across various communities.
Your Key Responsibilities- Design and implement evidence-based health promotion programs and research projects.
- Build partnerships with clinical services, community organizations, and government agencies to enhance collaboration and resource sharing.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate service effectiveness and inform program improvement.
- Ensure culturally sensitive practices when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff, clients, and partners.
You are a proactive professional with expertise in health equity and prevention. Your ability to build relationships across sectors and drive positive change is essential for success in this role.
