Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Executive stakeholder for this region, and their leadership team, to prioritise, develop, and implement aligned objectives, including key areas of engagement, talent, and leadership capability.
  • Combine hands-on and strategic engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders, as well as collaborate with a dispersed people team in the coordination and execution of a broad generalist program.
  • Be a proactive partner and trusted HR leader to the local and national teams, seeking opportunities for enhancing the employee experience, identifying efficiencies, and problem-solving outcomes.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with experience in the health sector or similar fields, who has familiarity with large, dispersed, and complex workforces, blending blue and white-collar environments. You should have a strong generalist business partnering toolkit that includes workforce planning, engagement, talent management, and change management, in addition to ER/IR.

A genuine interest in spending time out in the business and a passion for developing your commercial acumen are essential. You will have a history of forming long-lasting relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.

This organisation offers flexibility and a hybrid working environment, with locations in Brisbane and Gold Coast. Occasional travel across the region (including interstate) may be required.

What We Offer:
