We're searching for someone who embodies enthusiasm, energy, and dedication to supporting neurodivergent children. As an inclusion support educator, you'll provide direct one-on-one support, infuse passion into creating adjustments to the learning environment, and collaborate with colleagues to develop documentation that supports neurodivergent children's inclusion. Your strong communication skills and understanding of childcare industry practices are essential to building meaningful connections with stakeholders, fellow educators, and families.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA equivalent, a current Queensland Blue Card, and a minimum two years of experience in inclusion support. Familiarity with the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place learning framework is also desirable. Competitive salary: AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annum, reflecting your expertise and achievements.
